Who We Are

We are practitioners of Embodied Meditation who have found a spiritual home in Dharma Ocean through the teachings of Chogyam Trungpa and Reggie Ray and practice throughout Ontario, in local groups and online virtual shrine rooms.

Below is a list of experienced Dharma Ocean Practitioners and their locations, who are available to answer questions and direct to local practice as it occurs.

* Dharma Ocean Meditation Instructors (MIs) are trained to work with individuals who wish to pursue a path of practice in this lineage. There are many levels at which we work, but here we are offering primarily the chance to help steer your way into the teachings of Reginald Ray and Dharma Ocean. Should your path take you deeper into this study and practice over time, the opportunity to work one on one with an MI may arise. All Dharma Ocean online programs offer the chance to connect with an MI, and these courses are a wonderful way to dive into and explore our teachings.
